About the role
Data Engineer / Lead Data Engineer
Experience: 4–10 Years | Notice: Immediate
We are looking for experienced Data Engineers / Lead Data Engineers with strong hands-on expertise in Databricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF), SQL, Python, ETL/ELT, and Data Warehousing . The candidate should be capable of building scalable data pipelines and handling end-to-end data engineering solutions.
Key Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure, Databricks, ADF, SQL, Python, ETL/ELT, and DWH .
- Experience in designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines and transformation workflows .
- Prior experience in leading teams/projects , including managing team size and delivery responsibilities.
- Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams and drive requirements to successful delivery.
- Good understanding of data engineering architecture, data modelling, performance optimization, and scalable solutions .
- Domain expertise in Banking, Insurance, BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or other enterprise domains is preferred.
