🎯 Role Summary

We are looking for a Java Team Lead with strong hands-on development experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices , and proven team handling experience in Banking / Financial domain projects. The candidate should lead development teams, drive delivery, and ensure scalable enterprise application development.

👨‍💻 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Technical Leadership

Lead design & development of enterprise Java applications.
Architect microservices-based applications.
Code review & best practice implementation.
Optimize performance & scalability.

🔹 Team Handling (MANDATORY)

Lead team of 5–10 Java developers .
Task allocation & sprint planning.
Guide junior developers & resolve technical issues.
Ensure on-time delivery.

🔹 Banking Domain Delivery

Work on Banking / Payments applications.
Handle integration with APIs & enterprise systems.
Understand banking compliance & secure coding practices.

🔹 Stakeholder Management

Requirement discussions with business teams.
Delivery tracking & status reporting.
