About the role
Role: Digital Transformation – Utilities Domain
Work Mode: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive business assessments to evaluate and understand the current state of systems, processes, and operations within the Utilities domain .

Identify process transformation opportunities and design solution proposals aligned with business requirements, focusing on improving customer experience, efficiency, effectiveness, and revenue.

Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones, ensuring delivery within scope, timelines, and budget.
-
Bring a minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager , with mandatory exposure to the Utilities domain .

Demonstrate a strong understanding of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) projects and awareness of available RPA capabilities and solutions in the market.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (RPA, Analytics, and other solution teams) to ensure technical feasibility and effective implementation of solutions.

Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, gaps, issues, and improvement opportunities.

Prepare and present detailed reports and insights to stakeholders using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint .

Perform cost-benefit analysis and benefit quantification to support decision-making and business cases.

Lead and mentor Lean Six Sigma projects , driving process excellence and continuous improvement.

Act as a change management catalyst , ensuring smooth adoption and successful implementation of transformation initiatives.

Stay informed about emerging technologies and solutions and assess their potential application within utilities operations .

Drive enterprise-wide adoption of tools and methodologies by effectively articulating business value and showcasing outcomes to internal teams and clients.

Exhibit strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders through both written and verbal communication on a regular basis.
