Key Requirements:

Experience Required: 2-6 years.

Target Experience: Candidates must have relevant BFSI experience, with 2-4 years of hands-on Gold Loan experience.

Preferred Background: Profiles from banks such as AU Small Finance Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, or other leading banks are preferred.

Desired Skills: Candidates should have a strong track record in their domain, specifically in gold appraisal, business sourcing, and portfolio management.

Stability: Candidates should demonstrate good stability in their employment history with no frequent job changes.

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with a 2-month notice period are preferred.
