Job Summary

We are looking for a finance professional with experience in financial planning, business finance, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, working capital management, financial reporting, and financial governance. The candidate will be responsible for providing financial insights, improving business performance, ensuring effective financial controls, and supporting strategic decision-making within an infrastructure and construction business.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Financial Planning, Reporting & Performance Management

• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and periodic financial closure.

• Monitor profitability, business performance, cost trends, cash flows, and financial variances.

• Ensure accurate and consistent financial reporting.

2. Treasury, Working Capital & Risk Management

• Manage foreign exchange and commodity hedging activities, financial risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.

• Improve working capital, optimize cash flow, and manage receivables, payables, and project funds.

3. Strategic Finance & Business Partnering

• Provide financial insights on business performance, profitability, planning, and growth.

• Coordinate with leadership and cross-functional teams on business decisions.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and resource allocation.

4. Financial Governance, Controls & Compliance

• Ensure financial governance, internal controls, accounting compliance, and adherence to applicable standards.

• Coordinate statutory and internal audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

• Provide technical accounting support and identify financial, commercial, operational, and compliance risks.

5. Business Transformation & Process Excellence

• Support finance transformation, digitization, automation, and process improvement.

• Develop MIS, standardized processes, and financial monitoring systems.

• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of digital platforms.

Professional Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA)

• Cost & Management Accountant (CMA)
