Relationship Manager – Premium Accounts (RMPA)

📍 Location: Shankar Nagar, Pune
💰 CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA
🎓 Experience: Minimum 2 Years
🏦 Industry: Banking / BFSI

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire Current & Savings Accounts (CASA) through open-market sales.
• Drive NTB customer acquisition and generate quality leads.
• Handle premium customers and build long-term relationships.
• Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
• Cross-sell banking products such as FD, RD, Insurance, Credit Cards & Loans .
• Ensure customer onboarding, activation and KYC compliance.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Banking Sales experience .
• Strong experience in CASA / Retail Liabilities / Current Account / Savings Account acquisition .
• Experience in NTB / Open Market / Field Sales preferred.
• Good communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong target orientation and sales ability.
• Graduation is preferred.
