We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Specification Professional to drive business generation within our leading laminate manufacturing company. This role focuses on building relationships with architects, interior designers, and key accounts to promote our innovative building materials and deliver impactful presentations that lead to successful project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with architects and interior designers to identify and nurture business opportunities.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations to key accounts, showcasing product offerings and project specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project specifications with market trends and customer needs.
• Actively generate leads through networking, trade shows, and industry events to expand our client base.
• Prepare and submit project proposals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
• Track and report on sales metrics and project outcomes to refine strategies and improve performance.
• Provide guidance and support to clients on product specifications and application to ensure optimal use of materials.
