Key Responsibilities

Manage complete project lifecycle from mobilization to handover.
Lead execution of civil, structural, and PEB works including foundations, RCC structures, steel erection, roads, drainage, and utility infrastructure.
Monitor project schedules, milestones, and resource deployment using MS Project/Primavera.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, PEB vendors, and MEP teams for seamless project execution.
Review drawings, BOQs, shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, project specifications, and statutory requirements.
Monitor contractor performance, progress billing, change orders, and variation claims.
Conduct site review meetings, identify project risks, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure implementation of HSE standards and safe work practices across the project.
Prepare MIS reports, progress updates, recovery plans, and project closure documentation
