AEM Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:

The AEM Full Stack Developer will play a vital role in our digital transformation initiatives by leveraging Adobe Experience Manager to create and maintain dynamic web applications. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and innovative thinking to enhance our customer engagement strategies and streamline content management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement high-quality web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Develop and maintain AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms to facilitate seamless content management and delivery.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services to extend application functionalities and enhance system capabilities.
• Architect scalable solutions using Apache Sling, OSGi, and JCR/Oak to support evolving business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices, ensuring our solutions leverage modern technologies effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college/university with a minimum of 65% in 10th, 12th, and undergraduate studies.
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience as an AEM Full Stack Developer.
• Proficient in AEM, including AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Apache Sling, OSGi, and JCR/Oak.
• Experience in developing AEM components and handling API integrations.
• AEM certification is mandatory for this role.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud technologies and integration techniques.
• Familiarity with AEM Target for personalized user experiences.
• Advanced knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and solutions.
