Head of IT
Job Summary:
The Head of IT in Riyadh will lead the organization’s technology strategy and
execution, ensuring alignment with business goals. This pivotal role will
enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation, overseeing all technical
aspects of the organization to support sustained growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the IT strategy to support business objectives, ensuring
the organization stays ahead of technological advancements.

Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security,
and scalability of systems.

Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
and professional development.

Manage IT budgets and resource allocation, ensuring optimal use of
technology investments.

Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs and implement
solutions that drive efficiency.

Establish and enforce IT policies and best practices to ensure compliance
and data security.

Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the
organization’s operations.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related
field; Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management with a demonstration of
increasing responsibility.

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network management, and security
protocols.

Proven experience in budget management and financial acumen in an IT
context.

successful project delivery.
