Role - A Human Resources (HR) professional is responsible for managing employee-related functions within an organization. They help recruit, support, develop, and retain employees while ensuring company policies and labour laws are followed.
Key Responsibilities
· Recruiting and hiring employees
· Conducting interviews and onboarding new staff
· Managing employee records and HR documentation
· Handling payroll, attendance, and benefits administration
· Developing HR policies and procedures
· Resolving employee conflicts and workplace issues
· Organizing training and development programs
· Monitoring employee performance and engagement
· Ensuring compliance with labour laws and company regulations
· Supporting workplace health, safety, and culture initiatives
