Job Details : 

Lead and manage the overall production operations to achieve daily, monthly, and annual production targets.

Ensure smooth production planning, execution, and timely customer delivery in coordination with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and SCM.

Manage manpower deployment, shift planning, attendance, training, and performance to maximize productivity.

Monitor and improve production efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost through continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with all Safety, Quality, 5S, ISO/IATF, and company policies across the production shop floor.

Analyse production losses, downtime, rejection, and bottlenecks, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

Drive Kaizen, Optimized Manufacturing, TPM, and other continuous improvement activities to enhance operational excellence.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production, material, quality, and maintenance related issues.

Develop team capabilities through training, performance monitoring, and skill development of supervisors and operators.

Ensure statutory and customer compliance requirements are met during all production activities.

Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly production reports, MIS, and KPI dashboards to senior management.

Strengthening MFG organisation in HPP way for existing and forthcoming Unit-4 business.

Support new model development, trial production, and mass production launch activities.

Coordinate with HR for employee engagement, discipline, and retention initiatives.

Take up any additional responsibilities assigned by management for organizational development.
