Qualification : B.E / B.Tech - Electrical / Electronics

Job Details : 

1. Knowledge of  PLC and HMI programming
2. Making New Machine Programs, Modification of Programs, Trouble shooting & interlinking.
3. Working Knowledge and trouble shooting of VFD ( Omron, Mitsubishi etc.).
4. Working knowledge and trouble shooting of steeper and servo Motors.
5. Working knowledge and trouble shooting of Control wiring and Relay Logic.
6. Knowledge of Preventive and  Predicative maintenance.
7. Knowledge of Utility Equipment and controlling.
8. Good Knowledge of MS - Excel
9. Should have knowledge of all Maintenance functions.
10. Management report Making, Shift manpower handling of Maintenance and Utilities.
11. Energy Saving and Conservation techniques.

Others : 

Good communication skill.

Complete the task within the given lead time.
