Sr. Executive - IT-Manesar

 

Role : Sr.Executive - IT

Location : Manesar 

They have 3rd Saturday & every Sunday off in a month. 

Responsibilities :

    1    End user support for Business Applications (Like ERP, Payroll, Barcode etc.)
    2    Website Development in SharePoint
    3    Barcode Printer & Scanner Configuration, Troubleshooting & Support
    4    SQL Queries & Stored Procedures/functions
    5    Database backup/restore
    6    Design and execute test plans for new and existing applications.
    7    Perform various types of testing, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) along with documentation
    8    Monitor application performance and analyze logs to identify potential problems & resolve the same.
         

Collaboration and communication:
    1    Study existing manual process of different department working & design system process for improvement
    2    Study existing running system & identify with improvement process
    3    Coordinate with application service provider for resolve user raised concern & points observed during application testing.
    4    Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., department, service provider, IT team, operations) to ensure quality solutions.
    5    Communicate project status and findings to stakeholders.
    6    Collaborate with users to understand their challenges and gather requirements.
    7    Assist with training and provide support to end-users.
    8    Business application related training provides to end users
         

Documentation:
    1    Document testing processes, findings, and results.
    2    Training Document Prepare related to business application
    3    Record and track issues in ticketing systems (manual/automation).
    4    Maintain and update technical documentation/manuals and knowledge bases.
    5    Audit Related, Job Related etc.
    6    Implement & Maintain IT related controls like ISO27001 controls
    7    Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS Report Prepare/Analysis
    8    Application Related Data Provide for different IT Audits (Like JSOX/ITGC etc.) & Prepare Relevant Document
