About the role
Position : Electrical Lead
Experience : 10-15 years
Location : Rajasthan (BAP) And Pavagada (Karnataka)
Key Responsibilities:
- On Time Delivery (OTD) for Construction, Installation & Commissioning of PSS , TL , AC , DC Systems
- Implementation of Safety Plans with absolute safety standards with a target of “zero” accidents & Loss Time Injury.
- “Zero tolerance” on Integrity.
- Implement Field quality, identify NCRs, follow up & pursue to close NCRs, Conduct RCA, Issue field change notes
- Project commissioning as per the schedule by coordinating with various external agencies for Power Evacuation Systems, obtaining approval from CEIG/CEA , synchronization certificate from State Statutory Authorities, data communication with SLDC.
- Co-ordinate with various Governmental agencies/ Utility, DISCOM for making evacuation system ready to evacuate power.
- Understand and uphold internal and external polices, regulations and laws.
- Maintain relationship with other local stakeholders.
- Coordination with EPC, Vendors for maintaining Construction / Erection delivery at site as per plan. Make recovery Plans and implement. Crunch schedule in case of delays/gaps.
- Maintain Project records, databases, Project KPIs
- Manage Extra claims which shall be put up by EPC/Contractors during execution of the project
- Prepare list of punch points and follow up & pursue to close out
- Foresee the risks in the project & high light to management proactively in advance.
- Work with Supply Chain/ EPC for On Time Delivery of Material supplies at site.
- Review meetings with EPC Contractor at site at the intervals as per the site requirement and resolve site related issues to meet OTD.
- Provide progress reports and other status updates to management
- Close out Site / Project & Hand Over to O&M
Professional Education / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Electrical
- Successful track record for Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in a project driven organization, like Solar / Wind Power Project developers (IPP) ,EPC
