Job Objective

Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals, with a strong focus on business growth and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and revenue generation

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Identify and develop new business opportunities

• Convert RFQs into confirmed business

• Handle pricing, negotiation, and deal closure

• Track market trends, competitors, and customer activities

• Manage SAP (SD module) related activities

• Oversee domestic and export business development

• Prepare and monitor marketing budgets (quarterly & annual)

• Represent the company in client meetings, events, and conferences

• Support customer audits and compliance

• Ensure achievement of business targets and sales turnover

Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Qualification:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• MBA in Marketing (preferred)

🧑‍💼 Experience:

• 4–6 years of total experience

• Minimum 3 years in Business Development / similar role
