Job Title: Site Head – Wind Power Projects

Location: Bhuj, Gujarat

Qualification:

• B.E. / B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil)

Experience:

• 14–18 years of experience in wind power project execution.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale wind project sites and managing multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall site operations and execution of wind power projects.
• Manage civil, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning activities at site.
• Ensure project completion within approved timelines, budget, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project management, EPC contractors, consultants, vendors, and local authorities.
• Drive construction progress, resource planning, and productivity across all work fronts.
• Monitor project risks, resolve site issues, and ensure uninterrupted execution.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, statutory regulations, and company procedures.
• Review project progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Support testing, commissioning, and successful project handover.
