Position          :  TM MAINTENANCE    
Qualification   :  BE / B Tech ( Electrical & Electronics)    
Experience     : 6-10 years 
 

From Automotive manufacturing Ind. 
 

        1    Knowledge of  PLC and HMI programming 
        2    Making New Machine Programs, Modification of Programs, Trouble shooting & interlinking 
        3    Working Knowledge and trouble shooting of VFD ( Omron, Mitsubishi etc.) 
        4    Working knowledge and trouble shooting of steeper and servo Motors 
        5    Working knowledge and trouble shooting of Control wiring and Relay Logic 
        6    Knowledge of Preventive and  Predicative maintenance 
        7    Knowledge of Utility Equipment and controlling 
        8    Good knowledge of MS-Excel 
        9    Should have knowledge of all Maintenance functions 
        10    Management report Making, Shift manpower handling of Maintenance and Utilities 
        11    Energy Saving and Conservation techniques

Others :   

    1    Good communication skill 
    2    Complete the task within the given lead time 
    3    APQP and PPAP documents knowledge
