AM/DM(F&A) Clearing & Settlement_ Mumbai

Key Responsibilities: • Monitoring and processing daily settlement , reconciliation, and fund movements

• Handling Mutual Fund related operations in coordinate on with banks, custodians, RTAs, and clearing members will be added advantage.

• Ensuring mely and accurate accoun ng entries related to se lement, bank transac ons, and clearing opera ons

• Managing banking opera ons, including fund transfers, confirma ons, and reconcilia ons

• Preparing MIS reports, settlement statements, and management dashboards

• Ensuring compliance with regulations, internal SOPs, and audit requirements

• Coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth  settlement , operations

• Supporting internal / statutory / system audits and responding to audit queries

• Assis ng in process improvements and system enhancements related to clearing and  settlement ,

Key Skills: • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis)

• Working knowledge of accounting and other so ware along with other settlement systems

• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and coordination abilities

• High level of accuracy, integrity, and  entities on to detail

Experience and Qualification: • Commerce Graduate (B. Com / M. Com); professional qualifications (CA Inter / MBA) will be an added advantage

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in:

• Mutual Fund house or related entities in operations

• Pay-in / Pay-out processing

• Accounting and banking operations

• Strong understanding of fund settlement processes
