Job Title Learning Executive
Your main job is to train service/workshop employees so they can repair and service two-wheelers correctly .
You will also help the company:
Prepare training for new bike/scooter models.
Create easy and useful training material.
Develop new ways of teaching using digital tools and AI.
Manage technical learning projects.
Main Responsibilities
1. Conduct technical training
Conducting training for technicians.
Teaching them how to diagnose and repair vehicles .
Taking feedback after training.
Checking whether participants have learned the required skills.
Following up after about 3 months to see whether they are applying the learning.
Making sure engines, vehicles, instruments, gauges, parts and consumables are ready for practical training .
Train technicians and make sure the training actually improves their skills.
2. Prepare training for new models
When the company launches a new vehicle or technology, you will help prepare the training.
Create training modules.
Prepare technical documents/bulletins.
Study new vehicle technology by dismantling/inspecting components.
Identify new tools and equipment needed for repairs.
Work with vendors to develop special tools.
Find ways to use common tools for multiple applications.
Understand new vehicle technology and prepare technicians to service it
before the vehicle launch.
3. Manage projects
Make a plan.
Track daily progress.
Coordinate with people involved.
Complete the project within the given timeline.
Make sure assigned projects are completed on time.
4. Bring innovation into training
Interactive training activities.
Working models.
Animations.
Simulations.
AI-based learning tools.
New methods of explaining difficult engineering concepts.
Find better and smarter ways to teach technical subjects.
Test and improve the technical skills of technicians through competitions.
6. Create Digital Training Content
Articulate Storyline 360 creating e-learning courses.
Adobe Captivate developing interactive training.
SCORM making courses compatible with the company's LMS.
Adobe Premiere Pro – editing training videos.
modifying/customizing online training pages.
Images, animations, videos and interactive content.
Education
B.E./B.Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
Experience : 4-6 Yrs B.Tech / 2-4 Years M.Tech / Any Graduate + MBA with 2-4 Years experience
