Job Opening For Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India

Qualification: B. Tech. OR Diploma – Mechanical Engineering

Work Experience: B. Tech. with 10-11 years OR Diploma with 13-14 years

Tenure: On direct roll (IDE roll)

The job description is mentioned as below:

1. Engineer with experience in Quality functions i.e., quality control and quality assurance.
2. Work scope includes supplier evaluation & product inspections at the vendor’s work.
3. Having knowledge of QAP, procedures, calibration records and inspection of process equipment – both static & rotating equipment like; pressure vessels, heat exchanger, piping, skids, pumps, valves, compressor, blowers, structures, etc.
4. NDT Level II RT, PT MT & UT – Valid Certificate.

5.       Vendor evaluation & its approval from client.

6.       Preparation/review of QAP for individual POs and submit/follow-up with client and vendor for acceptance.

7.       Coordination for inspection with client/vendor & perform inspection including lab testing

8.       Review of Quality reports & records and get approval from client.

9.       Preparation of MDR/history docket, follow-up for client approval.

10.   Knowledge of engineering drawing, manufacturing process, performance test, welding, painting, quality documentation, etc.

1. Good English - verbal and writing.
2. Computer skills, office, etc.
3. Reliable, high integrity can work alone and within a team.
4. Process/water industries experience would be preferred.
5. Open to travel at vendor/client location.
