About the role
Job Description: Team Member (S3) – Process Engineer
Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the shift handling activity related to PE.

Responsible for the improvement activity related to automation.
-
Responsible for 4S and Kaizen activity at shop floor.

Knowledge of the new programme development for the machine.

Knowledge of the teaching for any kind of Lasor sensor/Vision at Line.

Responsible for inventory management of the spare parts and ordering system.
-
Knowledge of the PLC operated Machine (Make Omron) and their trouble shooting.

Knowledge of the PLC logic to modify the existing programme and know how about the new programme.

Knowledge about the traceability system of the assembly line
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma (Electrical)
