About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager – CAD to establish and institutionalize Premia Stores , drive alternate channel formats , and lead digitization initiatives . The role requires close coordination with field teams and cross-functional stakeholders to execute strategic projects that support business growth and channel development. 

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and expand Premia Stores and alternate channel formats. 
• Drive channel strategy, SOP implementation, and business expansion. 
• Lead digitization and process improvement initiatives.
• Execute strategic projects such as Key Town Strategy and MBO Channel Strategy . 
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, IT, and Digital teams. 
• Prepare presentations, business reviews, and management reports. 

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in Channel Development, Dealer Development, Retail Expansion, or Network Development . 
• Automobile OEM background 
• Strong stakeholder management and project execution skills.
