Profile:  AI System Engineer Location: Pune

5+ years experience in software, data, or AI engineering

Role Overview

We are seeking an AI System Engineer who will design and build production AI systems used directly by engineers and project teams. 

This is a hands-on, systems-focused role — not a research position.

· Work directly with engineers and project teams

· Translate engineering workflows into AI-enabled solutions

· Ensure outputs are explainable, reliable, and safe for industrial use

· Architecture & Collaboration

· Collaborating with AI team leader on system architecture

Verbal and written support in English

· 5+ years experience in software, data, or AI engineering

· Strong Python development skills

· Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI agents

· Experience building production systems, not just prototypes

· Ability to work with real-world industrial data

· Project management ability

· Proficient Hebrew & English - verbal & written communication

· Familiarity with Azure or comparable cloud platforms (advantage)

· Background in industrial, engineering, or infrastructure environments (advantage)

· Knowledge of engineering documents (P&IDs, specs, calculations) (advantage)
