Job Description – Sr Executive / AM (O&M – Budget & Vendor Management)

To manage OPEX/CAPEX budgeting, cost tracking, vendor coordination, commercial activities, and cost optimization initiatives for Wind, Solar, and eBOP assets to ensure effective financial and operational control.

Qualification:

• Full-time B.Tech / BE (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil preferred)

Experience:

• 4–10 years of experience in O&M support functions, budgeting, procurement coordination, or vendor management.
• Experience in Wind/Solar industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor OPEX/CAPEX budgets across renewable assets
• Track operational costs, budget variances, and support cost control initiatives
• Coordinate invoice processing, payment tracking, and reconciliations
• Manage vendor coordination, onboarding, and performance tracking
• Support rate contract negotiations, AMC/service agreements, and commercial activities
• Develop cost benchmarking and analytics frameworks for O&M operations
• Drive cost optimization and process improvement initiatives
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations
• Coordinate with O&M, Finance, SCM, Procurement, and Asset Management teams
• Ensure compliance with commercial processes, financial controls, and audit requirements

Required Skills:

• 4–6 years of experience in O&M commercial, cost control, SCM, or asset management within the renewable energy industry
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost tracking, vendor management, and commercial operations
• Experience in Wind, Solar, and eBOP O&M activities
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems, MS Excel, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
