Job Objective : Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making to drive organizational growth. Adept at cross-functional collaboration, delivering insightful MIS reports, and ensuring compliance with external rating requirements, while utilizing advanced Excel and presentation skills to support management objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Finalization

a. Lead the preparation and finalization of the Annual Operating Plan in alignment with organizational objectives.

b. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and ensure accurate forecasting of revenues, expenses, and resource allocation.

c. Present AOP to senior management for approval and ensure timely implementation.

2. Business Case Preparation for Opex & Capex

a. Develop comprehensive business cases for operational and capital expenditures.

b. Conduct cost-benefit analysis, ROI evaluation, and risk assessment for proposed investments.

. Ensure compliance with financial policies and strategic priorities before submission for approval.

3. Financial MIS & Variance Analysis

a. Prepare and maintain monthly/quarterly Financial MIS reports for management review.

b. Perform detailed variance analysis between actual and budgeted figures, identifying key drivers of deviations.

c. Recommend corrective actions to improve financial performance and cost efficiency.

4. Long & Short-Term Planning

a. Formulate strategic long-term plans and short-term operational plans to support business growth.

b. Monitor execution and update plans based on performance and external factors.
