Manager Proposal

Job Description:

We are looking for Manager – Proposals in the Water & Wastewater Industry, based in Faridabad and reporting to the Head – VP – Sales & Marketing. 

The role involves leading the preparation, coordination, and submission of technical and commercial proposals for water and wastewater treatment projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Proposal Management: Analyze tender documents, prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals for various project types (EPC, O&M, Design-Build, turnkey).
2. Technical & Commercial Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to develop technical solutions and review commercial/legal terms.
3. Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare detailed cost estimates and optimize bid costs.
4. Client Interaction: Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and address client clarifications.
5. Documentation & Submission: Prepare complete bid documentation and maintain a repository of past proposals.

Qualifications & Experience:
 Education: B.E./B.Tech 
 Experience: 7–12 years in proposals/tendering within the water & wastewater treatment industry.
 Industry Exposure: STP, ETP, CETP, WTP, ZLD, MBR, MBBR, Desalination.
 

Skills & Competencies:
 Knowledge of tendering processes, water treatment technologies, and strong communication skills.
 Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
 Analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to multitask under pressure.
 

Preferred Certifications:
PMP or APMP certification (optional but desirable).
