Role - Engineer – System Audit

Job Purpose
The role is responsible for conducting
supplier quality system audits
to identify risks, quality gaps and non-conformities. The position will
also drive corrective actions, supplier improvement, compliance and
implementation of best practices and digital solutions.
3. Key Responsibilities
A. Supplier System Audit
-
Plan monthly and annual supplier audits based on
supplier risk and performance
.
-
Conduct
on-site and remote audits
of supplier quality systems and processes.
-
Identify quality gaps, non-conformities and
IPPT violations
.
-
Work with suppliers to improve their quality systems and processes.
B. Audit Reporting & Closure
-
Prepare and share detailed
audit reports
.
-
Communicate audit findings to relevant stakeholders.
-
Follow up with suppliers for timely closure of audit findings.
-
Review
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action Plans (CAPA)
.
-
Ensure IPPT violations and other findings are properly closed.
C. Mystery Audits
-
Conduct mystery audits to check
actual process adherence
.
-
Identify system weaknesses and potential quality risks.
-
Check the effectiveness of quality control points.
-
Track identified risks until closure.
D. Supplier Improvement & Digitalization
-
Share and implement
best practices
across suppliers.
-
Support process improvement initiatives.
-
Promote
digitalization and quality improvement tools
at supplier locations.

5. Educational & Experience Requirements
Education
-
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
.

Management/Quality certification or degree will be an advantage.
