Job Summary:
To drive centralized performance analytics and asset performance monitoring for Solar, Wind, and Hybrid assets through KPI analysis, loss assessment, digital monitoring, and data-driven insights to maximize generation and improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform plant performance analysis using KPIs such as PR, CUF, availability, and benchmarking against P50/P60/P75 estimates
- Conduct loss segregation and root cause analysis using SCADA, PVsyst, and operational data
- Monitor plant performance trends and prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports
- Support PR validation, contractual performance analysis, and recovery planning
- Utilize SCADA, CMAS, SolarGIS, and digital tools for performance monitoring and analytics
- Coordinate Drone Thermography, Flash EL, and technical diagnostic activities
- Support technical due diligence and performance assessment for operational and M&A projects
- Prepare business presentations, portfolio analytics, and budgeting inputs
- Support digitalization and automation initiatives across O&M systems
Qualifications & Experience
- Full-time B.Tech / BE – Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechanical Engineering
- 6–10 years of experience in Renewable Energy (Solar/Wind/Hybrid) within O&M, Asset Management, or Performance Analytics
- Strong expertise in PR analysis, CUF benchmarking, loss analysis, and RCA
- Experience with SCADA, CMAS, PVsyst, SolarGIS, and digital asset management systems
- Exposure to Drone Thermography, Flash EL, and technical diagnostics
- Strong analytical, reporting, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
