Jr. Supervisor (Dispatch)

Job Description : 

1. Provide support to operators in executing daily customer supply preparation activities shift wise.

2. Support in downloading customer bin tags from the system/portal and provide them to the team for order preparation.

3. Manage manpower by planning and allocating resources as per shift needs.

4. Drive Kaizen and process improvement activities shift wise

5. Ability to verify customer tag, invoices and execute portal-related activities as per shift requirements.

6. Ensure proper bin cleaning and shift-wise management of empty bin storage.

7. Deliver orders with correct products, quantities, and specifications as per customer requirements.

8. Manage loading and unloading manpower by planning and allocating resources as per shift needs.

9. Manage vehicle availability as per customer supply timelines on a shift-wise basis.

10. Ensure vehicles are in proper condition in line with customer standards, shift-wise.

11. Monitor FG binning and timely issuance and ensure proper storage of FG materials.

12. Work on customer portals to obtain daily schedules and generate ASN and consignment detail

13. Perform weekly and monthly Finished Goods (FG) inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
