Position : Sr. Manager - QA

Qualification : BE / MBA 

Experience : 15+ - 24 years

Location : Hi-lex India – Unit 4 (Sanand, Gujarat) 

Job Duration : 3 years bond agreement. 

Job Details : 

1. Responsible for overall Quality Dept ( RQC,SQA,PQC & SQA ) function of Unit-4
2. Responsible for effective implementation of Customer Requirements , New Developments quality actions & Line approvals.
3. Responsible for resolving Customer Complaints ( MSIL, HMSI and upcoming customers ) and timely closure with customer as per customer CSR.
4. Responsible for U-4 warranty management and action to meet the management targets.
5. Responsible for implementation, sustenance, and up-gradation of HILEX QMS.
6. Proficiency in in-depth analysis , concept of Safety , 4S , COPQ , Process Controls, Poka-yokes etc.
7. Responsible for all internal and external audit preparations and execution as per set targets .
8. Responsible for all quality sections coordination, monitoring to achieve departmental and plant targets.
9. Hands on experience of RQC , PQC , CQA & SQA working , new developments of suppliers and control establishment.
10. Responsible for management on reporting daily , weekly and monthly basis.
11. Other than English, Knowing Gujrati , Hindi language is advantage.
12. Currently handling MSIL / SMG would be added advantage .
13. Sound knowledge of customer requirements of MSIL / SMG , HMSI.
14. Strong Knowledge of IATF, VSA, EHS & QMS.
