GlobalYDK Electric Private Limited (GYDK)  is a Joint Venture company between Global Autotech Limited (GAL), INDIA  and Yamamoto Electric Corporation (YDK), JAPAN

The company operates a modern manufacturing facility with an annual production capacity of 2.5 million blower motors , catering to the growing requirements of the automotive industry.

Position:-Manager (NPD)

Experience: 7+ years in New Product Development (NPD) / R&D 
Education: B.Tech – Electrical/Mechanical 

Industry: 
Preference will be given to candidates with Motor / Automotive Component Industry experience. 

Job Description: 

• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, PFMEA, Control Plan and Work Instructions . 
• Experience in ECN/PCN, Jig & Fixture development , and new machine development. 
• Experience in machine installation, commissioning, trials and customer approval . 
• Good knowledge of technical drawings and drawing management . 
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD is mandatory. 

• Good communication and coordination skills for customer and YDK interactions .
