 Job Purpose: To ensure efficient operations management at Super Stockists & HGPD through proper inventory management, warehouse productivity improvement and on time deliveries of HGP, HGO & HGA to ANCs, HGPDs & end customers, thereby facilitating the achievement of the PAM business plan. 

Areas of Responsibility:

• Business Plan Achievement of HGP, HGO and HGA
• Driving ANC & HGPD Service Ratio and FFR in terms of value and lines for improving availability and ensuring customer satisfaction. Also driving Service Ratio Variability Improvement (95% touch points with > 95% SR)
• Driving customer satisfaction through VOR Management to maximise  VOR billed from SS stock, mitigation of VOR lead time through improvement in avoidable VOR and improving supplies through reduction of TAT for VOR orders.
• Driving the digitization initiatives through Pull Based Ordering (PBO), etc and improving warehouse operations through inventory management, Productivity Enhancement,  Implementation of 5S, TAT Management for Standard Orders, PJP Automation / Optimization, Distribution Management.
• To ensure channel profitability of PD/SS through cost optimization and productivity enhancement. Fund Management of Super Stockist for ensuring business continuity and improving channel profitability by earning EPD. Super Stockist and HGPD Stock Management & Dead Stock Liquidation
• Training & Development of manpower at SS, HGPD and ANC’s on inventory management, warehouse management, parts catalogue, operations management and Dashboard usage.
