Position : Data Security Governance Analyst 
Location : Mumbai (fort) 
Preferred Certifications: CISM, CEH, CISA 

Position Summary : Responsible for governance and oversight of enterprise security controls, ensuring compliance, risk management, audit readiness, and operational effectiveness across security infrastructure platforms. 
 

Key Skills & Competencies 
Strong understanding of Firewall, IPS, DDoS, VPN, WAF, HSM, SSL Offload, Network Packet Broker (NPB), and SIEM technologies in a vendor-neutral environment. Experience in security governance, risk management, control oversight, audit compliance, RCA reviews, stakeholder management, SLA tracking, and documentation. 
 

Key Responsibilities 
Govern security controls across Firewall, IPS, VPN, DDoS, WAF, Load Balancer, SSL Offload, HSM, and visibility platforms. 
Review and validate change requests and ensure adherence to security policies, baselines, and SLAs. 
Oversee IPS tuning, DDoS posture reviews, SSL/TLS governance, and HSM key management processes. 
Drive VAPT governance, schedule assessments, review findings, validate remediation closure, and publish reports. 
Ensure complete and accurate log onboarding to SIEM and support incident governance processes. 
Conduct compliance checks, audits, RCA reviews, and security standard alignment activities. 
Maintain documentation, configuration evidence, and reporting for audit readiness. 
Coordinate with internal teams for closure of risks, gaps, and action items. 
Support 24x7 operational governance through escalation handling and oversight.
