Piping Designer/Design Engineer_Noida

Position : Piping Designer/Sr. Piping Designer/Piping Engineer. 
Scope & Purpose: 
 Contribute to the Company’s success by applying your expertise & experience in Piping and Equipment modeling, 
Preparing piping GA’s , isometrics Checking, Isometric correction etc. 
Job description 
 Creating Piping, Equipment Modeling, Pipe rack, Platform, Raceways through SP3D software. 
 Piping General arrangement drawings extraction from model. Isometric generation from Piping model.. 
 Creating structural support, platform, Pipe rack by using Cad tool. 
 Piping support fabrication drawing in AutoCAD . 
 Preparation civil guide drawing layout. 
 Preparation of Plant layout, PFD. 
 Will be part of a team accompanying an innovative project, reporting to the department manager/ team 
leader. 
Job Requirements 
 Diploma/B. Tech in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering (only recognized degree from universities in India). 
8-15 years' experience as a piping designer/Engineer related to water and waste water treatment plants. 
 Hands on experience in Auto CAD software is required , 
 Experience in, Auto Cad Plant 3D will be added advantage. 
 Experience in water treatment Companies involving pipe and pipe support design, pipe rack design, 
isometric drawings check is preferred. 
 Experience in Piping stress analysis through CAESAR will be an added advantage. 
 Experience in site supervising and Piping Erection is desire. 
 Experience in usage of various piping materials like CS,SS, PVC in piping design along with knowledge 
various international standards like ASME B31.3, ASME b16.5 and ASME B 16.9. and BS and DIN 
standards related to piping. Exposure to GRP piping design will be an added advantage. 
 Willingness to travel to abroad for the design work to the extent of 2 months at a stretch. 
 Willingness for a long training process (8-12 week)that will be conducted abroad. 
 Work experience in an MNC involving reporting to functional manager abroad desired. 
Other detail 
 The candidate will report to the Team Leader Piping and also to respective functional managers in Israel. 
 Working Experience in PLM / Enovia / ERP atmosphere will be considered an added advantage 
 Having Valid Passport
