MALE candidates only. Extensive travel maybe there in the campus hiring months

Team – will be leading a team

The incumbent should have hands-on experience in managing a large workforce (Min. 1500+ manpower).

The key competencies required are:

• Contract Labour Management (handling manpower contractors)
• ITI / Diploma campus hiring exposure in the northern states. Campus hiring from places 100 Kms beyond Greater Noida (preferred)
• Time office and payroll management
• Overall experience in managing plant-level HR operations
