Experience :   4 - 6 Yrs B.Tech / 2 - 4 Years M.Tech / Any Graduate + MBA with 2 - 4 Years experience 

Location : Haridwar, Neemrana and Halol 

 

Job Purpose : 

Drive OBL Shift Operations aligned with Company’s Annual Business Plan to ensure smooth operations

Develop & Nurture Team to align their actions with assigned targets

Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to execute logistics projects to improve operational efficiencies

Job Responsibilities : 

Monitor & review Logistics operations to achieve business targets

• Shift target achievement
• To reduce loading costs & improve productivity
• Transporter SOB adherence- 100%

Drive operations team to enhance customer delight

• Dispatch Cash & carry orders within 48 hrs, priority loads within 24 hrs 
• Service ratio as per target.
• Field query resolution >7 days

Develop process controls in line with Business plan

• FIFO management >30 days = 0
• Inventory audits & its reconciliation, safety & 5S audits.
• In–house damages control

Process adherence

• Drive to control transit damages within prescribed limits
• Truck inspection 100%

• Self-Development & team development.

• Identify self-development areas and relevant learning actions.

• Develop areas /critical area and facilitate to develop /train.
• Nominate team members for relevant training programs.
