ERP Implementation - Bangalore

Role Overview 

  We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant with 2–4 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for understanding current Ayana process, evaluate SAP proposals and implementation of SAP. Testing reports and customisation in Microsoft, This role requires strong process understanding independence, and a structured approach to automation.

  Key Responsibilities 

1. Understand Current Ayana ERP and process:

• Obtain understanding of current Ayana process and ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Evaluate and suggest processes which can be automated
• Test customized reports and updates in ERP

1. SAP Implementation.

• Lead different workshops with implementation partner from Ayana side and finalize vendor for SAP implementation.
• Ensure SAP implementation, trainings and transition from existing ERP to SAP
• Test customized reports and updates in SAP.

1. Automation Tools:.

• Evaluate automation tools available in market and tools which align with Ayana’s requirement.
• Look for automation of manual processes in Ayana.

1. Any Manage current ERP bugs, customization requests and system controls

Desired experience and expertise

• Minimum Education Qualification: CA
• At least 2 - 4 years of relevant experience
• Excellent track record and technical acumen
• Deep understanding of SAP ERP
