Role : Outbound Logistics support Staff

Payroll : Contractual role on third-party payroll - PersolKelly Services (MNC) – Renewable Contract (1 Year) 

Job Location : Gurgaon, Haryana

Job Purpose : Drive OBL Shift Operations aligned with Companys Annual Business Plan to ensure smooth operations.

Develop & Nurture Team to align their actions with assigned targets.

To ensure order generation and achieve daily shift wise dispatch targets & maintain defined service ratio & area office wise percentage of dispatches.

Key Responsibilities :

1. To achieve business targets

Shift wise target achievement 
To improve manpower productivity 
Transporter SOB adherence

2. Drive operations team to enhance customer delight

Dispatch Cash & carry orders within 24 hrs. 
Priority loads within 48 hrs.  
Dealer wise Service ratio as per target

3. Develop process controls in line with Business plan

FIFO management 
Plan Partial load for execution 
Truck utilization

4. Self-Development & team development

Identify self-development areas and relevant learning actions  
Develop areas /critical area and facilitate to develop /train 
Nominate team members for relevant training programs 
Process Improvement

Technical Skills/Knowledge : SAP operations, Windows Excel & Word
