Position : HR Manager India
Location : Mumbai - Vikhroli or Powai
Role : The HR Manager is a strategic role responsible for aligning human resources practices with business goals. The HR Manager supports managers and teams by leading core HR processes such as recruitment, employee development, performance management, and organizational well-being, while also managing the full employee lifecycle and driving HR-related projects that contribute to a positive and effective work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders,
providing HR guidance and support.
• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Develop and implement HR strategies.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle.
• Analyze HR data.
• Develop and execute employee well-being (welfare)
strategies.
• Manage and drive complex HR projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
1.
Act as a strategic partner to business leaders
• Align HR initiatives with business objectives to
drive organizational success.
• Collaborate with senior management to address
HR-related business challenges.
2.
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Plan and execute talent sourcing and candidate search
strategies
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define job
requirements
• Manage candidate screening, interviewing, and
selection
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and smooth
onboarding.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and optimize hiring
processes.
3.
Develop and implement innovative HR strategies that align with overall
business objectives in various areas
• Develop annual work plans
• Develop and execute training and development
programs.
• Lead strategic HR processes such as performance
evaluations, compensation and benefits, and succession planning.
4.
Manage the entire employee lifecycle for the Projects department - from
onboarding, through career development, to offboarding.
• Manage employee onboarding processes, ensuring smooth
integration by providing training plans and ongoing support.
• Handle employee relations and support retention
efforts,
• Manage offboarding processes, including exit
interviews and knowledge transfer, ensuring a smooth transition.
5.
Analyze HR data
• Prepare relevant HR reports and meet with managers to
analyze them and identify opportunities for improving business results.
6.
Develop and execute employee well-being (welfare) strategies.
• Develop an innovative and tailored annual employee
well-being program that is aligned with the unique needs of each unit and
supports organizational goals.
