Job Details :

1. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design, DFMEA, AIAG-VDA FMEA Guidelines, Risk analysis and CAD modelling.
2. Proficient in automotive component product design.
3. Good knowledge of DFMEA as per AIAG-VDA guidelines.
4. Ability to prepare DFMEA for new models and maintaining updates throughout the product lifecycle.
5. Knowledge of Software tools used for making DFMEA e.g., APIS.
6. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills - Root cause analysis (5 Why, Fishbone, Ishikawa).
7. Experience in resolving design challenges, failures, and implementing corrective actions.
8. Ability to present risk assessments to CFT.
9. Knowledge of IATF 16949 system requirement and it’s compliance.
10. Knowledge of APQP system.
