Job Description – Wind Project Manager( Sr. Manager/ AGM)

Job Purpose

Manage utility-scale Wind projects from planning to commissioning and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and safely .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall Wind project execution.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Land, EHS, Finance, Commercial and O&M teams .
• Monitor project progress, schedules, costs and key milestones.
• Identify and resolve project delays and execution issues.
• Coordinate with WTG OEMs, EPC contractors, vendors and consultants .
• Support Site Construction Heads in resolving project-related problems.
• Ensure timely availability of land, materials, equipment and approvals .
• Coordinate with grid authorities and government agencies when required.
• Support testing, commissioning and project handover .
• Prepare project progress reports and dashboards for management.
• Travel to project sites regularly.

Qualification & Experience

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or related Engineering.
• 10-18 years of experience in Wind Project Management.
• Experience managing utility-scale Wind projects from planning to commissioning .
• Good knowledge of EPC, WTG, project execution, scheduling and stakeholder management .
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively to project sites.
• PMP/PRINCE2/PMI certification is an added advantage.

Key Requirement

Candidates should have overall Wind Project Management experience , not only experience in site construction, engineering, or planning
