Job Description  :

       1    Knowledge of Maintenance and to ensure that Machines running in in optimal condition with proven track record of Breakdown reduction. The strong knowledge of performing Preventive & Predictive Maintenance and to coordinate with manufacturing team to minimize downtime. 
        2    Breakdown data collection & review summary, Why Why analysis, Predictive Maintenance 
        3    Counter measure against critical breakdowns, Modifications and Improvements, Documentations and record Keeping. 
        4    Inventory control( Spare & consumable) 
        5    Modification at shop floor for reduce down time as well as PM time 
        6    Document Control of IATF16949 , ISO 14K & 18K, Work Instructions, Daily Check, Record graph, etc & MNT MIS. 
        7    Reduction in non-availability of machine by preventive plan achievement 
        8    knowledge of utility equipment 
        9    Good to have work experience with union work force in previous projects 
        10    Management report Making, Shift manpower handling of Maintenance and Utilities 
        11    Energy Saving and Conservation techniques

   1    Good communication skill 
    2    Complete the task within the given lead time 
    3    Knowledge of IATF and ISO 
    4    APQP and PPAP documents knowledge
