Reports To:  Plant Head/ CHRO

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for production, engineering, quality, and support functions

• Drive manpower planning aligned with plant operations

• Ensure compliance with labour laws (Factories Act, EPF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)

• Manage payroll, attendance, and statutory filings

• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary processes

• Implement performance management systems and KPIs

• Identify and execute training & skill development initiatives

• Build a positive, high-performance work culture

Requirements:

• MBA/PGDM in HR

• 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing preferred

• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws & plant HR operations

• Experience managing a 1000+ workforce

• Strong communication and leadership skills
