SR / AM - Security Operations, Fort, Mumbai HO

Experience: 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in Security Operations, CCTV Surveillance, Command Centre Operations, and Access Control Management

Role Purpose:
To manage and oversee the organization's physical security operations, CCTV Command Centre, access control systems, security infrastructure, and emergency response mechanisms. The role will ensure effective surveillance, security compliance, incident management, equipment maintenance, and implementation of security SOPs to maintain a safe and secure working environment.

Key Responsibilities
Security Operations & Command Centre Management
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Security CCTV Command Centre.
• Monitor surveillance systems and ensure effective coverage of critical locations.
• Conduct shift briefings and supervise deployment of security personnel.
• Ensure adherence to established security policies, procedures, and SOPs.

Access Control & Security Systems
• Oversee access control systems and visitor management processes.
• Manage ID card issuance, access permissions, and security credentials.
• Monitor and investigate unauthorized access attempts and security breaches.

Equipment Maintenance & Vendor Management
• Coordinate AMC and preventive maintenance of security equipment, including:
• CCTV Systems
• Access Control Systems
• X-Ray Machines
• Door Frame Metal Detectors (DFMD)
• Hand Held Metal Detectors (HHMD)
• Fire Safety & Alarm Systems
• Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure uninterrupted operations and timely resolution of issues.

Incident Management & Compliance
• Handle security incidents, emergencies, and crisis situations effectively.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports, MIS, and compliance documentation.
• Maintain incident records, investigation reports, and audit observations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and statutory requirements.

Training & Process Improvement
• Conduct security training programs, mock drills, and emergency preparedness exercises.
• Guide and mentor security personnel to maintain high standards of discipline and professionalism.
• Drive security automation initiatives and support security-related projects.

Communication & Reporting
• Manage control room communications and security-related correspondence.
• Prepare management reports on security operations, incidents, and compliance status.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for security-related requirements and escalations.
