JD for the role of SCM Asst. Manager

Education: BE-Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical.

Seeking an experienced minimum 5-10 years in SCM/Procurement personnel to join Ayana Power

• The role will be responsible for end-to-end managing and coordination of supply chain procurement operations including understanding requirement/PR, generating RFQ, preparing quality comparative statement, making  commercial closure, timely order placement from PR to PO, follow-up for delivery of material, monitor timely material inward process, on -time release of payment to the SCM business partners / vendors / suppliers / contractors.

• Manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier communications.

• Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding vendors/suppliers/contractors.

• Ensure timely movement of goods by tracking shipments and resolving logistics issues.

• Maintain accurate records for procurement, deliveries, monitor vendors/suppliers/contractors transaction records.

• Ensure to carry the procurement process in compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams both internal and external stakeholders for timely closure of procurement requirements.

• Understanding the procurement or contract monitoring process.

• Review contract management and renewal

• Manage Vendor onboarding and evaluation process
