Job Description     

Optional     

       1    Diagnosing and resolving network issues, outages, and hardware or software/system application problems. This includes providing technical support to users and management.
        2    Installation & configuration of new systems like laptop/desktop with common application like MS Office, VPN setup, Printer
        3    Mail, Teams & OneDrive configuration & support
        4    User creation/modification/deletion in domain server.
        5    Customer portal installation & troubleshooting like Maruti portal etc.
        6    Monitor connectivity link (MPLS, Internet) & communicate with connectivity service provider in case of connectivity goes down.
        7    Up & Downtime data maintain related to IT services.
        8    Install and provide support on barcode hardware like printer and scanner.
        9    Preventive Maintenance of End user system/devices
        10    Documentation prepare & maintain related to assigned jobs.
        11    IT Inventory Management
        12    Implement & Maintain IT Compliance Control like ISO27001/TISAX/ITGC/JOSX etc.
        13    Data/Voice cabling & Troubleshooting, Ensure with implement network security & monitor network health/performance.
        14    Actively monitor security alerts, logs, and network traffic for malicious activity or anomalies.
        15    Investigate security incidents to determine the root cause, scope, and severity & communicate with next level person of IT.
        16    Take immediate steps to contain the incident and prevent it from spreading, then work toeradicate the threat entirely.
        17    Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all incidents, analysis, and resolutions.
        18    Collaborate with users to understand their challenges and gather requirements to identify quality solution.
        19    Software agents install/uninstall on end user system like antivirus/manage engine etc.
