Position: Sr. Manager – HR 
Location:  Sanand, Ahmedabad 

Experience: 15–23 Years 
Qualification: MBA / MSW / PGDHR 
Additional Preferred: LLB 
Industry Preference: Automotive Manufacturing 

Bond / Working Agreement : 3 Years 

Key Responsibilities / Skills: 

✔ Strong knowledge of Labour Laws & Factories Act 
✔ Admin management expertise 
✔ Data management and Advanced Excel proficiency 
✔ Good understanding of QMS / EHS / POSH 
✔ Hands-on exposure to 5S / Kaizen / Hiyari Hatto / KYT practices 
✔ Learning & Development capability 
✔ Strong labour/union handling experience 
✔ Drafting skills with Gujarati typing proficiency 
✔ Self-starter, innovative mindset, keen observer 

Mandatory Requirements: 

• Candidate should be from Gujarat 
• Automotive manufacturing background is mandatory 
• Strong communication and labour management capability
