Role : Warehouse In-charge OBL

Grade : Deputy Manager (E5)

Job Purpose : 

• Drive OBL Shift Operations aligned with Company’s Annual Business Plan to ensure smooth operations
• Develop & Nurture Team to align their actions with assigned targets
• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to execute logistics projects to improve operational efficiencies
• To manage inventory & ensure quality storage. 

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor & review Logistics operations to achieve business targets
●Shift target achievement
●To reduce manpower cost
●To reduce In-house damage cost

Drive operations team to enhance customer delight
●Warehouse Management - Vehicle storage as per planned layout 
●FIFO management >30 days = 0
●Field query resolution >7 days
●Maintain Vehicle Quality 
 

Develop process controls in line with Business plan
●Inventory audits & its reconciliation, safety & 5S audits. 
●WH infrastructure maintenance & space utilization
●Accessories & consumable Management

Process adherence
●Drive to control transit damages within prescribed limits
●Truck Parking Management
●Vehicle storage Management
●Process Improvement
 

Self-Development & team development
●Identify self-development areas and relevant learning actions 
●Develop areas /critical area and facilitate to develop /train
●Nominate team members for relevant training programs
