The company operates a modern manufacturing facility with an annual production capacity of 2.5 million blower motors , catering to the growing requirements of the automotive industry.

 

 

we require a Dy. Manager/Manager for the Production Department . Candidates with relevant experience in motor manufacturing are mandatory .

🔹 Experience : 12–15 Years 

🔹 Location - Greater Noida, Surajpur

🔹 Qualification - B. Tech -Mechanical / Electrical 
🔹 Indust ry: Automotive - Motor Manufacturing (AC)
🔹 Employment T ype: Full-Time, Perman ent
Key Responsibilit ies:
• Manage production activities and ensure timely delivery with required quality standards.
• Oversee plant operations, production planning, scheduling, and control.
• Improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing and supply chain issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
• Han dle Assembly Line & ECM operatio ns.
Requi red:
✅ Motor Industry experience is mandatory
✅ Strong knowledge of Production, Manufacturing & Engineering
✅ Experience in plant operations and team managemen t
